PG&E will advise their customers in the region when a Public Safety Power Shutoff or PSPS is issued. During a power outage or PSPs event we will contact our guests to notify them of the event. During the power outage property amenities such as the spa and pools may not be available. During a PSPS outage event we guests who cancel their stay will receive a prompt return of their advanced deposit. If a guest chooses to stay at the property during the PSPS or any outage we will not issue discounts or refunds. We will allow room stays to be rebooked at the current or best room rate available. Yes we are. Calistoga Spa Hot Springs is certified as a California Green Business and we utilize many sustainable practices and continue to add to the list. We have also received Green Leader - Gold Status from TripAdvisor.
A majority of the Napa Valley between Highway 29 and the Silverado Trail is within the Agricultural Preserve and with that limited wedding venues. We recommend Hans Fahden Winery and Triple S Ranch as unique venues close to Calistoga. Visit Napa Valley has a listing of venues throughout the valley.
Our goal is to have all rooms ready for guest arrival by 3:00pm each day. To achieve our goal a limited amount of Late Check Out requests are granted each day. We are unable to grant late check-out requests on Sundays to achieve our 3:00pm arrival goal. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and your support in providing a relaxing stay for all of our guests.
Weekend reservations require a minimum stay of two (2) nights. Holiday weekends and specific holidays may require a three (3) night minimum stay. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Charges apply for additional adults and children over six (6) years of age and older. Not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Rates at check-in day apply. Rates are subject to change without notice. Current Transient Tax Rate is 15%
Our main office hours are 8:30am to 10:00pm. If you need to settle your account before the office opens, please do so the previous night. Security agents are on site from 10:00pm to 6:00am each day of the year.
Our core cleaning products are from Vaska. They are essential oil enhanced and contain the quaternary disinfectants recommended by the health department. Our housekeeping staff does a wonderful job ensuring our property is clean and prepared for our guests and will apply additional cleanings to high traffic areas. In these times of COVID19 Calistoga Spa Hot Springs assures you that your safety and comfort remain our highest priority. Calistoga Spa Hot Springs is working hard to assure guests that they and our staff are safe and cared for when visiting Calistoga. In accordance with CDC recommendations and the Napa County Health Department Calistoga Spa Hot Springs is implementing safety measures including requiring staff and guests to wear face coverings in public spaces, other changes to services to meet COVID compliance measures are:
Adhere to physical distancing guidelines throughout the property. The lobby will be closed for all non-staff visitors to the property. We have enhanced our lobby window to provide service and achieve social distancing standards.
The pools will be open during your visit. The pool deck furniture has been spaced to provide for adequate social distancing. The snack bar and pool restroom will be closed during this phase to eliminate multi contact of surfaces.
To ensure a COVID19 safe guest-room environment, you will notice changes. Extra pillows have been removed from the bed. All linens are commercially laundered in high heat water. If you wish to have additional pillows, simply ask and we will be happy to accommodate. All unnecessary paper products have be removed from the room such as reading materials, additional rolls of toilet paper, extra tissue boxes and writing pads. There will be sufficient amenities for the duration of your stay, and if more is needed, we will bring whatever items you request immediately. If this makes you feel more comfortable, we recommend bringing your own personal pillow and other amenities that you may need. Amenity deliveries will be placed on the bench outside your guestroom.
Stay over service has been suspended to protect our team members and guests per CDC recommendations.
Extra amenities such as extra towels will be delivered upon request and left on your bench
Coffee makers have been removed from the rooms per CDC guidelines. Calistoga Roastery is located across the parking lot and serves locally roasted coffee and breakfast items.
Guests will be offered a COVID amenity kit of masks and gloves, as well as disinfectant Sanitizer.
Contactless curbside checks in as well as communication through our texting system will be standard procedure to continually manage guest safety.
Our geothermal mineral pools and deck will be open with amended seating capacity following CDC social distancing guidelines. We ask all guests to follow and support us in this effort. Please take all items with you when you leave the pool deck. Unattended items will be disposed.
