We have created our COVID-19 response plan to ensure every process has been thought of from the moment our guests enter through to their departure. By taking these proactive safety measures, we are protecting both our team members and our guests.

Experience Responsible Hospitality from Trained Associates

All staff members are thoroughly trained in our elevated safety & preventative measures. They wear gloves and protective masks throughout their scheduled work shift at our hotel.

All our employees wash their hands for 20 seconds, either with soap and water or with alcohol-based hand sanitizer. If any staff member experiences symptoms consistent with COVID-19, they are committed to keeping the management informed, seek medical attention, and stay at home.

Heightened Cleanliness Protocols to Ensure Your Wellness

Common Areas
  • Sanitizing & disinfecting all public spaces at least 3 times a day using a chemical that can kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses including include SARS-CoV-2 that causes the COVID-19.
  • The overnight team deep cleans all public areas with bleach-based cleaners and sanitize with disinfectant chemicals.
  • Public bathrooms are currently unavailable. We hope to offer you this facility again in the future.
  • Following 6 feet social distancing guidelines- adhering to mandates by county, state, and the federal government.
  • Signage and floor markings at the front desk to ensure guests are keeping a safe distance when checking in/out or coming for an inquiry.
  • Sanitizing the front office reception desk after each guest interaction.
  • The lobby is temporarily closed. Guest interactions can occur at the lobby window.
  • Encouraging cash-less transactions for payments. Wearing gloves is mandatory during cash transactions.
Guest Rooms
  • Stay over service is temporarily suspended to protect our team members and guests.
  • Emergency services and extra amenities will be delivered upon request.
  • Guestrooms can be quarantined for 24 to 72 hours before the cleaning and disinfecting process starts.
  • Cleaning guestrooms with CDC approved quaternary disinfectant between every guest-use.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas including remote controls, lamp switches, door handles, and doorknobs.
  • All multi-touch items such as coffee makers, alarm clock, channel guides, and notepads are removed as per State of California safety recommendations.
  • Trash, soiled, and dirty linen from every room is bagged and handled with caution to eliminate exposure. Items are washed following CDC guidelines and instructions.
  • Supplying a dropbox for used room keys. Sanitizing room keys frequently. Presenting new room keys to our guests with gloves in a tray to limit exposure.

We have elevated our cleanliness standard for your safety. Frequently cleaning & sanitizing our common areas, guest rooms, and high-touch surfaces with CDC approved quaternary disinfectant.
Are there any guidelines for the guests to follow?
Wearing protective masks and maintaining social distancing protocols are mandatory. Requesting to wash your hands frequently. We’ve placed Hand sanitizers at guest entrances and contact areas.
