Booking your appointment:

Our guests that will be joining us for the day can call 30 days prior to the treatment date to book their appointments. When calling to schedule it is important to know what treatments, preferred time, whether each person would prefer a Male Massage Therapist or a Female Massage Therapist. Please specify the gender of each person booking as well. When selecting your massages feel free to read our descriptions or ask our guest service agent questions to select the best massage to fit your needs. Day guests will need to make full payment for services and Service Charge at the time of booking. If you will be a guest in the hotel you are able to book up to a year in advance and your services and Service Charge will be posted to your room bill.
 

Spa Etiquette

We ask that you please arrive to register for your appointment a minimum of 15 minutes early. As a guest of our Spa you will also have access to our fitness studio (classes are available for an extra charge) and our four outdoor geothermal mineral pools from 10 am to 9 pm on the day of your service. You will need to have the proper attire for both areas. If you plan to arrive early to take advantage of these amenities you will need to first register with the Spa Desk.
 
Noise is always a high concern in a spa and we ask you to please be considerate of the others around you and the treatments in progress while in the Spa Area and Locker Room. Please avoid use your cell phones in these areas.
 
We are proudly a family friendly property. We ask that all our "little guests" under 16 be supervised and with an adult at all times.
 

What to bring

For each Spa service we will provide you with a robe, locker and pool towel to use during your visit. We have sandals upon request. If you plan to use the pools please bring your swimwear, this is required. For use of the Fitness Center you will need proper attire and shoes.
 
You may want to shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hair dryers. If you have additional needs, such as a hair brush or hair tie, please bring your supplies.
 
You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks to the pool area, please no glass. We are a short walk to all of the downtown restaurants, local deli and grocery store. Our staff is happy to provide recommendations.
 

Cancellation Policy / No Show

We require a 48 hour advance notice for all cancellations for a full refund. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the original charge if we are unable to rebook that appointment. No show appointments will be charged full price for all treatments. A 20% service charge will be added to all services. We are happy to make adjustments upon your request. Prices effective January 2019 and may be adjusted periodically.
