If you’re like us during the cold winter months and love hearty, home-cooked meals that simmer slowly on the stove and fill the house with delicious aromas, we invite you to join us for our Winter Comforts: Cooking and Wine Tasting Virtual Event. Hosted by Cyril Chappellet and featuring special guest Chef Nash Cognetti, we’ll be cooking up Chef Nash’s famous meatballs in marinara and pairing them with our 2018 Grower Collection Calesa Vineyard Pinot Noir and 2020 Grower Collection Sangiacomo Vineyard Chardonnay. One of wine country’s most acclaimed culinary talents, Nash is the Chef/Owner of Napa Valley’s Tre Posti, where he creates unforgettable event experiences for his guests. Nash was also the Executive Chef of St. Helena’s renowned Tra Vigne Restaurant and has applied his Napa-Italian culinary skills in such acclaimed kitchens as Balboa Café, Jack Falstaff and the Michelin-starred Il Falconiere in Cortona, Italy.
